Over the past decade, Artisa has become recognised for their beautifully crafted plant-based cheeses, created through fermentation, traditional cheesemaking techniques and a deep respect for ingredients.

In this relaxed, interactive tasting session, Julie and Roger will guide guests through a curated selection of their cheeses, paired with some local fermented beverages. They will share the story behind their craft — from early experimentation to building one of Australia’s most celebrated dairy-free cheese brands.
