In this hands-on workshop with two of the nation's best known fermentation experts, you will learn all about the benefits of water kefir and how to make it, and at the end of the workshop get to take home your own freshly made batch of this incredible probiotic!
Unlike milk kefir, water kefir is not creamy, with a milder taste. It is more comparable to a light kombucha without the caffine! Dairy-free, vegan, water kefir is a bubbly, healthy alternative to soda. It is a potent source of probiotics, containing over 30 different strains of lactic acid bacteria and yeasts.
Tania and her husband Andrew have a passion for supporting a sustainable food systems and promoting the health benefits of fermented food and drinks.
